When can we wear shoes?
You can wear your shoes if you are not climbing or playing on the Bounce Houses or Playstructure. You do need to wear your shoes to play lazer tag! If you forget your socks they can be purchased at the front desk for $3.00.
Can we do Walk- In Birthday Parties?
Yes! Walk-In parties are welcome Monday – Friday but not on Weekends or Holidays.
How long do we get to play and eat? You get the party room for an Hour and a Half!
There is no formal jump time or eat time, and because you have your own private party area, most guests will come in and out of the party area throughout the party However, in the last 30-40 minutes you will serve the cake. Then in the last 10-15 minutes we will begin to clean-up and you can carry items to the car in order to be finished by the time the party ends.
Can we use our own theme for a party?
Yes, our theme is the jungle, so you are welcome to bring your own themed items such as cups, napkins, plates, tablecloths, banners, balloons, etc. They must be removed once the party is completed. Please note all balloons must have weights on them.
Can we bring our own food to a party?
Yes, we only allow Starbucks drinks or Birthday cakes, cupcakes, or ice cream for scheduled birthday parties.
Are we allowed to bring food into Charlies Safari?
No, we only allow Starbucks drinks or Birthday cakes, cupcakes, or ice cream for scheduled birthday parties.
Are we able to leave and re-enter Charlie’s?
• No, once you leave Charlie’s Safari you will have to pay admissions to re-enter. (The only exceptions are adults needing; to take or get things from their car, a quick smoke break, to grab a Starbucks coffee).
What drinks are provided with a party?
We provide pitchers of ice and pop.
What ages are considered to be a guest to the party?
2 – 4 are ages for Tykes party, 5 – 17 are considered guests for the Bounce and Play party as well as the Unlimited party which includes lazer tag. We also have combination parties just in case you have some parties that have mixed age of kids.
What is the refund policy for a party deposit?
We will not refund your deposit, but it will follow the party if you have to change the date and/or time.
